Set-up Instructions:
1. Tape over the exit end of the cannon with the book tape carefully to be sure that no air bubbles are present.
[enter lecture hall] -- Cannon requires 2 benches (or the lecture bench + a demo bench)
2. Orient cannon so that it will be firing at the prep room doors and NOT the doors to the lecture hall.
3. Place ping pong ball in start of tube.
4. Repeat step 1 with the start end of the cannon.
5. Connect to vacuum pump - check that the stopcock on the cannon is OPEN
6. Place target at the end of the tube against the tape.
The best cans appear to be those for the off-brand, generic sodas.
