Set-up Instructions:
1. Connect negative and positive terminals of capacitor to terminals of LCR meter:
2. Set correct tolerance on the LCR meter
3. Place LCR on the document camera and adjust camera settings so that students can easily read the display on the projectors.
4. Place capacitor and dielectrics nearby on bench (usually by the sink)
