Step(s) to Follow	Expected Result
Plug board into AC outlet Shine light from flashlight onto photo tube (indicated by red arrow in photo above)	Buzzer will loudly sound
Plug strand of lights into outlet. Turn on meter (switch is on the back) Bring each light near phototube.	The colored LED will produce no effect on the meter. The UV LED, however, will cause the meter to spike.
