Conservation of angular momentum; Hoberman Sphere, which is a colorful plastic globe that can contract and expand by pulling a string. Conservation of angular momentum can be shown by spinning the sphere in its open position(30"), then by pulling the string the sphere will contract(9 1/2") and increase in speed.
